DAGGER “Operation Montenegro” is a spy thriller based on the true story of DAGGER, a successful international businessman and widower who many years ago was recruited as an Independent Contractor for various

US Government Agencies due to his global businesses, government contacts, and exceptional mental

and physical skills.

Dagger has recently obtained information from his Russian friend and business associate, ALEX, regarding an order for a newly created Russian-made assassination device called UDAR (which means “Hit” in Russian). Dagger is about to provide this information to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

UDAR is being manufactured in, and exported from, Russia. Dagger’s intel indicates a mysterious, unidentified buyer in Montenegro has just

covertly ordered a large quantity of UDARs and is planning to secretly sell them to Iran.

Dagger agrees to go to Montenegro to monitor the

UDAR shipment for the DIA – file name

“Operation Montenegro”. While in Montenegro,

Dagger meets SONYA, ZORAN, and MISHA. Sonya, with the help of her Godfather Zoran, is trying to learn more about the circumstances surrounding the recent death of her father. Misha, a local bar owner, is struggling 

to provide the finances necessary to

take care of his ailing wife.

The DIA wants Dagger to simply find out who the players are and follow the shipment to the end user, but Dagger believes something this lethal must be stopped, not just monitored. He must find a way to follow orders while still doing what he believes must be done.
